This project was a cosmetic renovation of a new condo in the Vancouver House building and included full turn key bespoke furnishings. It is our clients’ home away from home and they wanted it to feel luxurious yet inviting. The condo previously had insufficient lighting so we dropped the ceiling two inches in the majority of the home to install LED fixtures that would properly highlight the design. We reconfigured the kitchen/living area to create an open space and unobstructed views. Our clients love to host their friends, so we extended their kitchen to include a custom designed wet bar. The principal bedroom has a walk-in closet, but our fashion focused clients required additional closet space, so we converted one of the bedrooms into a dressing room. Both closets feature custom millwork which was all designed in house, down to the leather drawer inserts. We custom designed most of the furniture with Once A Tree Furniture to suit our clients’ chic taste and penchant for entertaining
